Memorial Day....
We had a great weekend over Memorial Day this year. My parents came up and we went out to Clarkston to decorate my grandparents, uncles, and other relatives' graves. It was so fun and Meili and Abi were able to go and really enjoyed it as well. Here are some pics of beautiful Clarkston.

We also, as is tradition, went to the Hyde Park Breakfast bright and early Monday morning. It's always so fun for Russel to connect again with those that he grew up with and see all the people that knew him and were such a big part of his life. And then we visited Grandpa Earl's grave and brought some miniature red roses (his favorite color). We were so missing Josh as he was working but he was there in spirit.

After that, we picked up a few friends and headed to first dam for a picnic and to feed the ducks. The kids had a great time and it was a perfect way to end such a fun weekend.
