Nick's 13th & Linli's 4th Birthday....

What a fun day we had with Linli.   It's always so fun to see Linli experience new places and new things.....birthdays are one of those things.   We celebrated last year not knowing if she was really ours or not but we felt so attached and in love with her that we couldn't do anything but celebrate.   This year was amazing to actually have her home and celebrate with her.   She was so excited about everything and had so much fun opening gifts, having cake, and just being treated to an extra special day.   Nick and her have very close birthdays...only 3 days apart (so that's even more fun.   Here are a few fun pictures from her special day.   Nick  was super spoiled this year and was able to take a friend, Carson, to the Utah Jazz game.  It was an awesome night.   We stopped for dinner at Crown Burger and made it to the arena just in time to walk in and have photos taken with the Utah Jazz Dancers.   We also had a big family party on...

Halloween 2014.....

It was a blast this year watching Linli experience Halloween for the first time.   She was so dang excited.   Her eyes were just shining.   It was like a dream come true to her.   She just couldn't get over the fact that she could go knock on someone's door and they would give her a treat.    What more could a little girl want? New England Cruise.....

For my parents 50th wedding anniversary they thought it would be fun to take the family on a cruise to New England.    Of course they didn't have to twist our arms.   It is definitely one of my favorite cruises.   There was so much history packed into all these beautiful places....which also made it more justifiable to pull the kids out of school.  We will need to do a separate book on just this cruise but here are a few highlights.   This is how we started out the trip....hahaha!   All worn out from so much homework and school!  Of course we couldn't leave without Josh!!!  It was also Thomas' birthday a little bit before our trip and since he likes to defy his parents....I just had to bring him an Aggie shirt since we just beat BYU!!!  And he was quite pleased with it! First Stop.....NEW YORK CITY!!!    After the red eye flight we were all pretty beat but New York is the city that never sleeps....so we hit the ground running! ...
